They say that Serenia City is the "Jewel of the 22nd Century," but anyone who isn't some corporate shill will tell you otherwise. This place is a madhouse full of crooks, street gangs, corporate agents, equalizers, and just about any motherfucker you don't want to run into because of the sky-high crime rates.

The icing on the cake, though? The SCPD isn't going to do anything about it because they're far too busy whacking people over the head with stun batons for minor misdemeanors to actually monitor the city's slums. Just about anybody who isn't some rich corporate sell-out or upper-class member is either poor as hell or involved in some kind of criminal activities.

Shitty as this place is, though, it's not stopping a bunch of people from coming over and living here. I mean, for as big of a shithole as this place is, there are plenty of opportunities for everyone here, right? Why don't you go and find out?
